AW LS & Cleaning Crews operates as a Regional vendor partner performing Property Preservation as a Limited Liability Company based in Chicago, IL. Our service areas include McHenry, Kane, DuPage, Will, DeKalb, Lee, Marshall, Iroquois, Rock Island, McLean, Springfield, McDonough, and Williamson Counties.
As a Regional vendor partner our National provider depends on us to complete preservation assignments. According with our partners demand we use licensed and insured representatives and contractors to ensure all maintenance and preservation services are completed to code in a timely manner; which allows us to meet our clients’ goals and objectives.
Independent contractors must have a smartphone or tablet to send before, during and after photo of work completion. All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) number. Additionally, we require General Liability insurance of $1m & must also be added as AI. Pay is weekly on Fridays through direct deposit (7 - 10 days) to ensure quicker payment of all work orders when fully completed.
Interested candidates should be able to complete most of the following tasks:
- * Landscaping Services (Grass cuts, lawn care, edging, trimming, etc..)
- * Sales Cleans/Maid Service
- * Securing
- * Trash outs/Debris Removal
- * Winterizations
- * Snow removal
- * Repairs work
- * Roofing (Tarp, repair, replace)
- Ability to understand the work order instructions and complete them accordingly.
- Truck and trailer to haul away debris from the properties.
- Equipment’s (Lawn Mower, Weed Eater, Blower, Generator, Compressor and Basic Hand Tools)
- Device that can access the Pruvan website or Mobile App while on site and capture pictures, create estimates and bid damages. (PPW is also used in field services)
- Supplies (Knob lock, Deadbolts, Padlock and Hasps, Lock boxes, Lumber, Building Supplies, Antifreeze and other cleaning supplies) Discount codes are available for supplies.
As you know, the season has already started, and we are getting more and more work every day. We need a larger workforce to deal with these new properties. So, we need more vendors to partner with us to give the best service possible.
